1. Contract Parties

The contract is between you (The Buyer) and Black Duck Kitchens (The Seller) who is located at 6 Heidi Street, Mackay QLD 4740. The goods shall be the products supplied by The Seller to The Buyer according to these terms and conditions:

2. Descriptions and Product Information

All due care is taken in our descriptions to display and describe items as accurately as possible. If the description is insufficient please contact us.

3. Pricing and Payments

All due care is taken to provide accurate pricing for each item. Payment in full is required before production and after acceptance of your quote. You cannot amend your order after payment has been made, as acceptance of your quote and payment into our account is proof of purchase. All prices include GST. Payments can be made via Mastercard or Visa Credit Card but we do not accept American Express.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation can take place within one working day of your order placement via email or telephone; a cancellation document will be issued by The Seller and signed by The Buyer.

(For example, you place order on Monday, cancellation available Monday and Tuesday only.)

5. Refund

We trust that you are happy with your purchase which is inspected and signed for on collection or delivery, as received in good order and condition.

If any product is faulty or defective upon receiving, not damaged in transit by others, we will inspect and replace the item. Due to the turn-around of the product, unless a cancellation has taken place within the specified time, The Buyer may not be entitled to a refund. If the production process has not commenced nor a cancellation document signed The Buyer will be entitled to a refund less a set-up fee of $150. The balance will be refunded onto The Buyers credit card of which it was paid.

6. Installation

This is a supply only service and does not include installation in any form, as does it not include any other trade work. We do not accept any accountability for the assembly or installation works carried out by the services of a third party.

7. Collection, Freight and Local Delivery

Collection from our factory is available at 6 Heidi Street, Paget, MACKAY QLD 4740.

Hours of collection are 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3pm Friday.

We are not open for collection on weekends. Freight and local delivery is available at an additional cost which will be calculated upon request and will require acceptance and pre-payment to proceed. In all cases collection, freight and local delivery you will be advised of the timeframe with placement of order. We do not take responsibility for time frame of third party freight services and can only advise approximate delivery schedule.
